Terms of use
1. The service
MyCars12 is a free community where members publish and browse 1/12 scale model car builds. It is operated by Marek Wylon, a private individual in Poland (“we”). Contact: admin@cars12.art.
2. Accounts
You need an account to post. You must give a valid email, be at least 16, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. By posting, you grant us a licence to host and display it on MyCars12 so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it follows our rules: post your own builds, credit reference, stay respectful, and keep content legal and safe-for-work.
4. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the community. Where reasonable we'll tell you why.
5. Your data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy & data policy. You can export a build, and delete your account and all its content, at any time.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, free of charge. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of content — keep your own backups (use the build export).
7. Changes & law
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here. These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes that can't be resolved by contacting us fall under the competent Polish courts.
